Watched a cupcake show the other day, trying to figure out what it was?!

I watched a cupcake show the other day, can't remember what channel or anything. It was about two ladies that run a cupcake shop, I'm pretty sure it wasn't the DC Cupcakes show. But I know the episode I watched these two ladies, their whole crew quit the day before they had to do a ton of cupcakes so they hired a bunch of people who didn't know how to bake just to get people in there. They also had to do a wedding cake. I also remember they received a phone call for even more mini cupcakes where the one lady agreed but the other flipped out. There was also an oriental girl who kept asking for a raise and they couldn't believe it. Anybody know what show I'm talking about?! Please help! .
