Anybody knows where in Scotland I could find one? Seriously stucked!!! :-(

They should be able to direct you to somebody more specific.

That i wouldn't know. I am just intrigued that you need a Czech/Slovak baker! have you looked at recipes online? Maybe you can get a local baker to bake you a Czech/Slovak wedding cake!
