When Should I Start Planning my Party?!
My birthday is in 6 months and I was wondering when I should start planning my sweet 16. I already have the foundation, like the theme, where i want to have it, who i want to perform. But i know there's aloooot more i have to worry about. When do you think i should sit down with my parents and helpers and focus more on what i want for the party, the budget, etc...?
