You can go to Party City or some place that have party supplies for ideas but you can always take them to Chuck E. Cheese or local family fun centers for a package deal. Maybe ask the kids what kinds of characters they really like and display those characters. You can bring food, juice, soda, games, cookies, pizza, and if it's December maybe winter or Christmas looking decorations.

make a cheap party, chips and punch and games. then later spike the punch with nightquil so they get sleepy and want to go home.
