you could hold a fundraiser competition marathon-everyone who wants to come brings $5 (change amount if needed) and gets entered in a variety of "competitions" for example

put a small food-safe token (such as a small plastic figurine) inside a regular cookie. make sure the cookie looks the same as all the rest of the cookies, and pass them out. as the participants slowly eat their cookie, one person will find the token inside their cookie and they get a point. ps:make sure everyone knows to be careful while eating so they don't choke if they don't have the figurine.

play bingo or a version of bingo. whoever wins gets a point

draw 2 names out of a hat and those 2 people get to compete in a friendly competition such as cards or battleship, whoever wins gets a point

hold a cake walk. put mats or pieces of tape on the floor that have numbers on them. have a DJ play music while everyone steps from mat to mat (or tape to tape) and when the music stops the DJ picks a number from a hat and whoever is standing on that number wins a cake (or in this case a point)

play musical chairs and whoever wins gets a point

at the end whoever got the most points at the end of the marathon gets the cookie (you might want to provide something else in addition to the cookie) 2nd and 3rd place gets a smaller prize and everyone (including 1st 2nd and 3rd) gets a small favor bag for helping out.

donate all money gathered to a charity or other fund.

Just halve it and share, that way everyone wins. Or arm wrestle. Or see who can spell a list of the most misspelled words (you can find it online)...just have some else read them to you.

rock paper scissors

race around the block

arm wrestle

flip a coin

pick a number from 1 to ten

rock paper scissors

split it in half
