sweet 16 party venue?!

i'm looking for a sweet 16 venue in the northwest illinois suburbs that has enough room for 70-100 people to dance. and also, where outside catering is allowed. The party will be held in late january-early february so it would be nice if there would be a lowered price. thank you.
