Question: Making my mom dinner!!!!!! :)?
Hey, i want to prepare a really easy, yet satisfying dinner for my mom. she comes home every day at around 7 and she is really tired, and doesnt have much energy to do stuff. i want to help out by making her dinner. would some one give me 1-2 recipes of something really yummy fast and easy i can make. ** note that iam only 13, i am not a pro chef, so i cant do all sorts of 4 hour dinners***

Answers:

This is really easy and takes one hour to cook.

Preheat oven at 350o which means turn it on and let it warm up while you prepare the rest.

Take 4 chicken breasts and lay them in a cooking dish. About 8"x 8" and at least 1 " deep. You will find it in her baking dishes.
Mix in a big bowl, I can of cream of mushroom soup, I can of golden mushroom soup, 1/2 tsp of nutmeg, some pepper, 1/2 tsp of onion flakes ( optional) and pour over top of chicken. Put it into an oven, on the middle shelf at 350 degrees for one hour.

Make a little salad with it or have some steamed broccoli . She will love it. You are a sweetheart to do that. Good luck. This recipe is so easy and always comes out good.

Put a little bit of parsley on the plate when you serve it as a garnish. : )



San Giorgio Baked Ziti


Ingredients:

1 box ziti, uncooked
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 3/4 cups ricotta cheese (15 oz) (or whatever kind you like)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
1 Tbsp parsley
1 egg
1 Tsp oregano
1/2 Tsp garlic powder
1/2 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp black pepper
3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Heat oven to 375°F. Cook pasta according to package directions for 9 minutes; drain. In large bowl, stir together hot pasta, 1-1/2 cups spaghetti sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. In 13×9 x 2-inch baking dish, spoon pasta mixture; top with remaining 1-1/2 cups sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

**Add 1/2 pound ground beef or ground turkey that has been browned and crumbled if you want a more filling version.

Serve with a salad and some french/garlic bread.



Spaghetti is easy. Just brown ground beef in a pan, drain off the fat. Boil water for the noodles and put spaghetti sauce with the meat and then drain the water off the noodles. And u could serve it with garlic bread and a salad.

3/4 lb. extra-lean ground beef

3 cloves garlic

1-1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves

1 jar spaghetti sauce

1 large tomato

1 egg

1 container BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese

1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

9 lasagna noodles

1 pkg. KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions
1.Brown meat with garlic and oregano in large saucepan. Stir in spaghetti sauce; simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in tomatoes. Spread 1/2 cup onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish.

2.Mix egg, cottage cheese and Parmesan. Top with layers of 3 noodles, 1 cup cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 cup mozzarella and 1 cup sauce. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles and sauce; cover.

3.Bake 30 min. or until heated through. Top with remaining mozzarella. Bake, uncovered, 5 min. or until melted. Let stand 5 min. before serving.

This is really simple.

Ingredients
MEATBALLS
1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 egg, beaten

SAUCE
3/4 cup chopped onion
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
2 (28 ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 bay leaf
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
3/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper




Directions
1.In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, parsley, Parmesan, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, garlic powder and beaten egg. Mix well and form into 12 balls. Store, covered, in refrigerator until needed.
2.In a large saucepan over medium heat, saute onion and garlic in olive oil until onion is translucent. Stir in tomatoes, salt, sugar and bay leaf. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 90 minutes. Stir in tomato paste, basil, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and meatballs and simmer 30 minutes more. Serve.

Alot of these ingredients can be ommitted
