Question: What are the best kind of sandwiches to make for the street party?

there will be about 60 of us, am so excited, should we make ham or egg like in the olden days? what do you think?

Roast Beef
Chicken
might put some salad leaf,rocket, cress and cucumber in as well.

I like turkey and provolone. Ham and swiss ain't bad either. Oh and don't under estimate ye olde Roast beef and cheddar.

How about a platter with about 30 of each type. That should cover it.
