Here's an idea of how to put a tie-dye party together: first get white t-shirts for the girls from a craft store (only about $2 each, if that) and the supplies.

You will need big ziploc bags for the shirts to go home in since it will have to keep for 24 hours; this way girls can carry home to keep.Here's how-to video with supplies needed>>
