chicken skewers

fruit kebobs

mini egg rolls

proceutto wrapped melon

lasagna (or any pasta)

veggie dip tray

salad

bread (or pita triangles)

ss pizzas are always easy, french bread, cheeses, pate and cold meats are all simple, with a bowl of salad, coleslaw, potato salad, and some tortilla chips and dips. Buy a big gateau for dessert well you didn't say if there was a theme or not but there are really good food ideas for parties.....finger foods, pizza, BBQ, meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, chips and dips.....etc etc etc..... Celeriac schnitzels are really good. buffalo wings, spinach and artichoke dip i have a good one for you pinwheel here it is

what you will need

tortilla
cream chesse
ham

ok make sure your soft tortilla's are at room temp (dont put them in the fridge)

make sure you cream cheese is @ room temp as well

you spread a enough cream cheese on it as if you where spreading butter on bread than you lay down the ham roll up the tortilla and cut small rolls about 2 inches wide its really good and great for partys as a finger food Spinach dip with tortilla chips is always a crowd pleaser and very reasonable. BYOF bring your own food party..you will grill their steaks...those greedy folks..Hide the food in your pantry.
