What kind of food show I serve at my 19th Birthday party?

The party is in August, and we are having a water fight. All of my guests are between the ages of 18-20.

INGREDIENTS
5-1/2 pounds top sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
salt and pepper to taste
2/3 cup and 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
50 (6 inch) corn tortillas
2-3/4 medium onion, diced
11 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
11 limes, cut into wedges
2-3/4 bunches fresh cilantro, chopped
DIRECTIONS
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the steak strips, stirring constantly, until browned on the outside and cooked through, but not too firm, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove to a plate and keep warm.
Heat the oil in the skillet, and quickly fry each tortilla on both sides, until lightly browned and flexible. Set aside, and keep warm.
Place tortillas on a plate, and top with steak strips, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro to taste. Squeeze lime juice over. Wrap and eat SEA FOOD have a barbeque it would go perfectly with potatoe salad and chips and dip with varities of soda taco and nacho bar (make yo own)
taco salad On my 19th birthday I ate alone at Hardees. maybe do a sushi type theme....everything japanese and red/black decor'. Sushi is sooo popular amoung people our age...i know i like it! lol meat it depends on wut u like....if i would do it i would do a completely italian gourmet menu!! seafood pizza hamburgers

potatoe salad
coleslaw
chips
macaroni salad

Make non alcoholic daquiris or margaritas...!
