Answers: Tequila shots, while alright to have on their own, are much better with a little salt before and a little lime following...Best way to shoot tequila is to lick the back of your hand and shake a little salt on it...Next, grab a lime wedge. Now, lick the salt, shoot the tequila, then suck on the lime. You will have officially done a proper tequila shot. Enjoy, but don't overdo it...Tequila has a nasty way of sneaking up on you. Of course. I personally go with lime and salt too, but I know people who don't even do that. The more profound question is, "Can you have just ONE shot of tequila?" I know I can't. Yes but don't overdo.
Balance it with beers in between. And colas and water and a lot of food. yes but you will get very drunk! A shot of Tequila is very sour so to take away the after taste a shot is usually accompanied by a slice of lime Just remember one tequila,two tequila,three tequila,floor I, personally, don't do shots very often anymore.. But yes, it's common. You take a shot of Tequila (Jose Quervo is best) with lime and salt. Or just lime. =) Yes. If you don't know much about alcohol I'd not start with a tequila if I were you. Try something less potent. Of course you can. That used to be the only way I would drink it. Still won't drink it with salt and lime though, a real man does it straight.
