What is the least unhealhty alcholic drink?!

Question:

What is the least unhealhty alcholic drink?

Im not on a diet, just watching what I eat while I train for a marathon. Im going to a bachelor party in two weeks and am looking for the least unhealthy option while drinking.

Answers: definitely bacardi and diet coke. Zero calories, zero fat, zero carbs...have fun! Wine Calorie-wise, clear liquors such as vodka and gin are the way to go. I wouldn't drink anything with cream or milk in it because it's full of fat and calories. It's more likely to get you sick too. I would drink beer (full of calories though) or stick to spirits. A glass of grape wine. the Booz merlot- red wine.
whine it up Champagne A five ounce glass of red wine contains about 105 calories, while a five ounce glass of dry white contains about 97 calories.

If you choose this option just be sure and watch your portion size as most wine glasses hold (and are often over poured) more than the average recommended serving size.

Wine is also loaded with antioxidants which are great for your cardiovascular system and overall health.

Whatever you choose, just drink in moderation and try to consume one glass of water in between each alcoholic beverage. This will keep you hydrated and cut down on the chance of a hangover in the morning.

Good luck, hope I helped! id say....beer. good beer, like Sam. Adams Summer or Boston Ale. Hopps are just so good for you. I can't say taht about all the wines, only about what can fall into the category of a "decent" wine. Very cheap wines are not so good, although sometimes they are. The 3rd place id give to vodka. Being of Russian decent i ve heard many stories of people drinking a shot (or even more) a day for number of years. And keeping in good health and vitality. #4 is cognac. Because its cognac. red, red, wine makes you feel so fine!!!! red wine Light beer or red wine. I have known both to be prescribed by Dr's for appetite, circulation, etc. A rose' like white zinfindel or a white like a reisling would be my next choices. good luck with the run.
