Answers: as i am aware my friend works in a mexican restuarant where they have the best spicy wings, he says they are not cooked, they are just warm because they are next to the cooked wings. its the dip you need to worry about.

or blue cheese dressing They are typically raw and cold with the wings in ND. At the restauraunt i work in the celery sticks get warmed for the take-out orders because we wrap them in foil and put them in the gen-pac(foam container) with the hot wings
