Soft butter
4 slices bread
8 eggs
4 tsp. milk
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Generously spread 4 slices bread with soft butter. Press each slice buttered side down in baking dish or 4 individual baking dishes. (Custard cups.) Break 2 eggs into each bread slice. Pour 1 teaspoon milk over the eggs in each dish and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Bake in 350 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes or until eggs are set. Serve carefully in the baking dishes. Or, if you like, loosen the toast around the edges with 2 forks and lift toast baskets onto platter. Makes 4 servings.

EGG PIZZA FOR BREAKFAST (CHILDREN)

10 oz. can refrigerated pizza crust
8 eggs
4 oz. fully cooked turkey sausage links
1 tomato, thinly sliced and cored
1 c. shredded low-fat Mozzarella

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Place crust in 10 inch pizza pan and cook for 5 minutes until lightly brown. While crust is baking, scramble eggs until moist, not dry. Spread eggs over crust. Top with cut-up sausage, tomato and cheese. Bake 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Cut into slices. Perfect Portion biscuits and bacon....grape jelly too! Cinnamon Rolls.

If you don't have any put some biscuits in a pan, pour melted butter over them and then sprinkle a generous amount of a cinnamon/sugar mixture over that. Nuts or apples are good on this, too. Bake for about 5-10 minutes more than the biscuit directions call for.
