Answers: You could try a vaguely thai (apologies to any actual thai people!) version of the old classic....

Mix mayonaise, tuna, chopped spring onions, a little lime juice, corriander and (if you don't mind a bit of spice) some chopped green chilli.

Its so nice that a pub near me has started doing it as well! salad cream

or tomato salsa a little salad cream and chopped spring onion and maybe some sweet corn if you like it. or even peppers. makes a boring dinner interesting. Hubby always have a little mayonaise, worcester sauce and cayenne pepper (mixed into the tuna)and toped with grated cheese and he says he can still taste the tuna ! Mush up tuna with a dash of vinegar and salad cream, salt and pepper to season. add mayo/miracle whip and mustard to the tuna. yum Bearnaise sauce works well with tuna. Barbecue sauce. John West used to make an absolutley delicious tuna in bbq sauce - sadly they have discontinued it but regular bbq sauce mixed in isn't a bad alternative. a chili and pepper sauce. Mayo, cracked black pepper and a dash of worcester sauce, with some scallions and/or sweetcorn. Fry a diced onion and a chopped clove of garlic in some olive oil. Add a red diced chilli. Stir in a tin of chopped tomatoes and your tin of tuna.

Add anything else you have lying around, then serve in a baked potato, mmmm!!!
