Is there anything I need to do to make this recipe with different meat?!

Question:

Is there anything I need to do to make this recipe with different meat?

I have a recipe for crispy orange beef and it was really good. I would like to make it with chicken next time instead of the beef. Is there anything I should do differently? I was going to use olive oil to fry the chicken pieces instead of veggie oil. Here is the recipe link:

Thank you.

Answers: I don't see why you would need to change a thing. Just make sure your chicken is cooked through as you wouldn't want any pink such as you might with beef.

Also, Olive oil is great for you, but doesn't have a very high smoking temp so be careful when frying. I do use olive oil most of the time in my cooking, but sometimes, when frying I use Canola oil.

Anyway, hope I helped...Good luck! I would do it exactly the same just using chicken in place of the beef. I would probably not use olive oil because olive oil has such a strong taste, it might not mix well with the other flavors (vegetable oil has a very mild taste). It should work just fine - use peanut oil instead of olive oil. Omit the salt while cooking! That might toughen the chicken.

Other wise it looks good for chicken. I cook everything in olive oil, except when I bake......
But you can do the recipe exactly the same. Sounds yummy!
