I'm cooking a Salmon Rushdie, can't find the recipe?!

Question:

I'm cooking a Salmon Rushdie, can't find the recipe?

I've been told by my mate that this is a fabulous dish. I am cooking dinner tonight for guests but can't find the recipe anywhere! It's not in my Ainsley Harriot cook book - does anyon e have the Jamie Oliver one (This is on pdf apparently)? Or even better, does anyone know the dish?

Answers: 2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
? tsp. salt
? tsp. ground pepper
1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
1 clove garlic
4 salmon fillets (6 oz. each)
1 c. cooked brown rice
IN baking dish, combine oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, flaxseed and garlic (or to
reduce sodium use one of “Mrs. Dash” blends). Add fish, coat well, cover and
refrigerate for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil
and coat with cooking spray. Place fish skin side down on baking sheet. Bake for 9 to
12 minutes. (Or grill outdoors!) Serve with rice and green vegetable. Makes 4
servings.

it leaves a bad taste in some peoples mouths
the after effects can be disturbing to some people
