What do you put in your favorite broccoli casserole?
Answers: broocoli,cream of mushroom soup,onions and lots of cheddar cheese!! and ritz crackers on top!! broccoli....haha sorry had to. My wife just adds broccoli to her lasanga recipe. Not sure if this is what you meant but it works great. i have a delicious recipe that, believe it or not, uses cottage cheese!!

it's more like a souffle than a traditional casserole...it is delicous, my husband (a vegetarian) loves it!! (and so do I). broccoli, melted velveeta with a bit of milk and frenchs onions. my croatian friend gave me her mothers broccoli casserole recipe it is really good.
1. put olive oil in the bottom of a baking dish.
2 coat the dish with bread crumbs
3. add cooked broccoli. or cauliflower any veggie
4 in a bowl mix 16 ounces of sour cream 2 eggs and a little milk.
add some fresh herbs for seasoning and bake a 350 for 30 min broccoli, cheese whiz, cooked white rice, cream of celery soup, butter, onions, black pepper and milk. I didnt think many people even new about broccoli casserole. Use par boiled broccoli, 1 can each of cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup, salt pepper, then add some chopped up fully cooked chicked breast (i boil em) Top with lots of grated chedder cheese and some italian bread crumbs, bake until good and crispy on top.
