What can i do to already made hamburger patties to make them delish?!

Question:

What can i do to already made hamburger patties to make them delish?

i planned on using the tips from yahoo answers to add spices and such to the hamburger meat, but my mom already made them into patties..what can i do now? Can i brush sauce on them or spices on the outside? Thanks.

Answers: you sure can spice them up or add a glaze/sauce to them

you can also mush them back up an flavor them then reform the patties.

don't forget you can try other than american cheese on them if making cheese burgers... deli counters now have several kinds of cheese avail - horseradish cheddar, spicy cheddar, garlic cheddar... and more!

either way a burger is better when flavored up in my book.

happy grilling! you could add a sprinkle of say, some pre-mixed cajun spices, or maybe a little lemon-pepper, or garlic... sauces can be good too, they just make the grill a nasty mess.

next time try mixing in an envelope of dried onion soup mix. make a baste with worchestishire sauce and water. WO sauce has a strong flavor so use the water to cut the flavor. You can go ahead and sprinkle the spices on the outside. Just pat them into the patties. You can use black pepper, garlic powder, some onion powder. Mix the three together, and sprinkle.

Wonderful thing about cooking - it's not rocket science - and you can eat the results. Soy sauce and green onions......just mix and then reshape the patties. Okay, here's the "simple" answer.

You say your mom already made them into patties. Give 'em a real kick by seasoning them with salt, pepper and garlic Powder. (NOT garlic salt!)

A good barbecue rub will work too. If you need a good rub recipe, visit my blog.

The King of Barbecue Sprinkle on whatever spice you'd like to add.and some onion diced.
Brown them
.Pour a can of mushroom soup over them (don't add water) and let them simmer slowly for about a half to three quarters of an hour and keep basting them with the soup.
Serve.

These are truly delicious. sure, as they cook, you can put fresh or dried herbs on top of the burgers for a treat. or you can sprinkle some dried onion soup mix on top of them as they cook. Garlic and onion powder are good. If you want to wait till they are almost done and brush BBQ sauce on them.
