Oh, my favorite food subject! Without a doubt it is Oat Bran and if you want a little sure fire secret for making them great--well here it is, toss in a handful of chocolate chips! Raisins if you want, I like 'em, but the chocolate chips are a real bonus. If you want to be healthier swap out the oil with lowfat yogurt or applesauce--keeps the muffins moist and cuts the fat--so you can add the chocolate chips!!! Muffins are great because no matter what the recipe is you can improvise--add some vanilla, or cinnamon or nutmeg. Have fun and happy eating.
