Good recipes for ground turkey??
i have never eaten ground turkey before, decided to give it a try.. looking for some easy recipes to "ease" myself into it :)

Baked Beans Surprise
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 16-ounce can baked beans
1/4 cup maple-flavored syrup
1 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 cup shredded cheese
Cook and stir ground turkey until browned.
All onions and green peppers, cook and stir until
vegetables are tender.
Drain ground turkey, onions and green peppers.
Mix together all ingredients listed until well combined in
casserole dish except 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese;
reserve 1/2 of the cheese.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle top of casserole with reserved cheese.
Return casserole to oven and bake for 15 additional
minutes.
Remove and serve immediately.
Yield 4 to 6 servings
Ground Turkey Casserole
Servings: 8
Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (12 ounce) package uncooked egg noodles
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute the
ground turkey for 5 to 10 minutes, or until browned.
Drain the turkey, stir in the tomato sauce and sugar, and
set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and cream cheese.
Mix well and set aside.
3. Cook noodles according to package directions.
Place them into a 9x13-inch baking dish, then layer the
turkey mixture over the noodles.
Then layer the sour cream mixture over the turkey,
and top with cheese.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 to 35
minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Italian Meat Loaf Patties
2 Packages (12 ounces each) extra-wide noodles
2 Tablespoons butter or marg. melted
1 Can (15 ounces) Original sloppy joe sauce
2 Pounds ground meat or turkey
1 Cup dry bread crumbs (Try Italian or garlic and herb)
2 Eggs, beaten
1 Tablespoon dried, minced onions
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain, and toss with butter. Keep warm.
3. Set aside half of sloppy joe sauce to brush on patties. In a large bowl, combine remaining sauce with remaining ingredients, mix with fork. On large, greased baking sheet, shape meat mixture into 8, 1 inch thick, oblong patties. Brush reserved sauce over patties.
4. Bake 20 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle. Serve patties over noodles
