Beef Stew?!
Beef Stew?
I got about everything needed to make Beef Stew I just cant figure out a good sounding recipe..
Any Suggestions??

Dredge meat in flour, salt and pepper generously. Brown in a little olive oil in a stew pot. Add about 3 cups of water or broth and cook about 1 hr. Also, you can add a pkg. of stew seasoning made by McCormick. It adds a lot. Cook it on high till it reaches a boil then turn down as low as you can. Cover pot. After about an hour add your potatoes and carrots and onions, bell pepper if you have it. Cook the same way, bringing pot to boil then reducing to very low heat and cover the pot. Cook for about another hour. Adjust seasonings! Enjoy! Be sure you cut the veggies into bite sized pieces.
