What are some good Trail Mixes to make?
I am always looking for a good power source of energy. What are some great ingredients to put into a Trail Mix of sorts?
Answers:
I like peanuts, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, granola (bear naked is the best!), shredded coconut and sometimes (depending on where and the weather) m&ms for a little sweetness! But the peanuts and seeds give you protein and the granola gives you fiber! You don't want too many sweet things because it will just give you a sugar high and you'll crash!
