Can I save already made bacon gravy?!


Question:

Can I save already made bacon gravy?

I am going camping next week and am frying my bacon today. Can I make my gravy today also and freeze or refrigerate it until next week and reheat it when we need it?


Answers:

why not make it the day before....I would not freeze it....the liquid content would separate........it would be ok to make the day before and refrigerate and then reheat while camping....
