I want to make a bolognese stlye sauce to go with mince and?!


Question:

I want to make a bolognese stlye sauce to go with mince and?

have these ingredients

tomato puree
garlic, onion, all the usual herbs and spices.

I have no tinned tomatoes or red wine , can this still be possible?


Answers:

try it...no harm in having a go..maybe make a beef stock so the mince etc has liquid, then add the tomato puree to make it redder and put taste to it...let me know how it goes :-)
