What would I put in a batter to fry Mars Bars?!

Question:

What would I put in a batter to fry Mars Bars?

I want to make my own homemade fried twinkies and Mars Bars (or Milky Ways, very similar) for a party I am throwing at Halloween. Can anyone tell me what ingredients, and in what proportions I would put into a batter used for frying twinkies and Mars Bars?

Answers:

FriedDeep-Fried Twinkies

-Refrigerate 10 Hostess Twinkies until chilled.

-Stir together 1 cup flour, 1 tbsp malt or cider vinegar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, and 1-1/2 cups water to make a smooth batter.

-Heat at least 3-inches oil in a deep fryer or heavy saucepan to 360 degrees.

-Roll a chilled Twinkie in flour, then in batter.

-Using tongs, place the battered Twinkie in the hot oil for about 90 seconds, just until the creme filling starts to melt and the outside is golden brown.

-Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar. Repeat with remaining Twinkies, allowing oil to reheat to 360 degrees between batches.

1 Mars bar or Milky Way bar
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup cornflour
1 pinch baking soda
milk or beer
oil (for deep frying)

Chill the chocolate bar by keeping it in the fridge, but don't freeze it.
Mix the flours and (baking soda together.
Add milk (traditional) or beer (which gives a lighter result) until you get a batter with the consistency of thin cream.
Heat the oil until a small piece of bread will brown in a few seconds, but don't allow to smoke.
Remove wrapper from chilled chocolate bar.
Coat completely in batter.
Carefully lower into hot oil and fry until golden brown
