Falafel???!

Falafel???

okay, so i 'fixed' my error i made in my falafel batter....
tried frying them, not deep fry though, don't want that much fat...

my q:

can you bake or broil the falafel??
(i'm trying to make patty size)

if you can bake &/or broil them, please include as to HOW to do it....etc.

when frying them, they kept falling apart... how can i fix this???

you need to make them smaller, as they dry out quite easily and l would think baking them would dry them out even more, just fry on medium heat, only turning once and they wont fall apart, also make sure the mixture is not too dry either, and drain really well
