brush with olive oil and bake in oven until lightly toasted
In a small casserole or baking dish add one jar of chunky marinara sauce, place slices of goat cheese (1/4 to 1/2 inch thick) on top of sauce, top with shredded parmesan cheese.
Bake until cheese melts and sauce is bubbly.
Top with fresh chopped parsley and serve with toasted baguette bread.
I could eat this every day...if my baguette bread would stay fresh longer than a day!
