I would go to a baking supplies shop like (Phoon Huat in Singapore) and see if they have small containers. Don't use disposable aluminium foil, that's really dangerous to put metal in a microwave. You could possibly try cupcake wrapping or those microwaveable plastic takeaway boxes from foodcourts?
Brownies usually last for a while if you refrigerate them. And also, brownies finish very fast when you leave them lying around. So, I wouldn't worry about making too much. You can always share them with friends =D.
