you can find some really good recipes on www.splenda.com www.allrecipes.com/recipes/hea... but if you have some recipes already, that call for sugar you can always substitute the sugar for splenda it it will taste just as good.
as far as sugar free rice crispies treats that's a tough one because marshmallows are made from sugar. so you would have to make the marshmallows from scratch possibly with splenda. i recommend splenda because it is more tolorant to the heat in case you have to bake any desserts. hope this helps
