Answers:

Lasagne is basically a bolognese sauce (Minced beef, chopped tomatoes, garlic, mushroom and onion), cooked through then put in an oven proof dish inbetween lasagne sheets. On top of the last layer of lasagne spread over a cheese sauce (flour, milk, cheese) and then grate cheese over the top. Place in oven for about 25 mins until cheese browned. Yumyum!!!
