How do u make fluffy jelly?
i think there was condensed milk in it but not sure if you had to whip this up first

I make the jelly with half the water it states and allow it to cool. Open a tin of evaporated milk ( not condensed) and pour the cold jelly into the milk make the mixture up to whatever the packet says--usually one pint-- then whisk. Allow to nearly set then whisk again. It should set and be fluffy. My children used to call it fluffy jelly.
