It's for my sisters bridal shower, Should I ask the ladys to wear their gloves and fancy hats? What do I serve? Please help me with ideas that aren't gonna bust my budget. Thanks

Start your search now for pretty tea cups at places like Goodwill. They all don't have to match each other ( the saucer though must match the tea cup ) If you are serving a special blend of tea, I can give you a site that has free printable tea bag envelopes ( that you can customize ), to send home with the guests as favors.
