do you think i can call up hooters, and plan a birthday party, WELL NOT A PARTY PARTY, BUT MAYBE A CAKE AND A T-SHIRT WITH THE GIRLS????
i have a friend coming to see me in america on his birthday, and i thought it would be pretty cool to be eating at hooters, and all the girls gather around with the cake and w/e they do. is that possible??

they have all kinds of stuff...not to mention the hooters. I had my birthday at Hooters one year. They made me stand on a chair and shake the salt and pepper shakers as they sang to me. Good times....
