i meant YOUR special memories xx Hd a pretty crap childhood as it goes, but mainly (you've done this to me here with your other question on people you've lost).. my wonderful memories are toasting bread in front of my nans open fire with her smiling at me telling me how special I was (cos no one else ever did) ... I miss her but it feels really good to dwell and soak myself in memories of her ... thanx Bex xxx i remeber goin to the beach with my family when i was young i remember my drive there :) I remember going to a church youth group around 1985. I'd walk to the church, stop by the local restaurant and order a vegetable burger, curly fries, and a virgin strawberry daiquiri for an hour later. On the way home I'd sip my "shake" and snack on fries, and then eat the rest at home.

And walking home and looking at the leaves on the trees was beautiful. Riding Odysseys (dune buggies) on the dunes in Winchester Bay Oregon.....Crabbing off the jetties in Winchester Bay....cooking up the crabs in pots on the beach and eating so much we were sick.....God I miss those days.... sitting on the beach at herne bay listerning to radio caroline at 6am while fishing. big brekky in cafe .laying in the early morning sun just the waves and wind blowing up the beach. lying in bed listening to the sea waves!. we lived right next to the sea,so in the summer i would have the window open, and the sea would send me to sleep!
