Answers: thirteen is BIG so congrats! A theme party is a great way to make a memorable experience for you and your guest. First you have to decide if it will be you and your friends or will family be involved too? That will help determine the activities. No matter what you should always have music and a color theme to tie everything together.
As far as activities go you could aways have dancing, you could have some one come to the party and do henna, or teach dance lessons, or have a photo taking section like the prom as long as people are engaged and interacting you'll have a great time.
