Answers: i don't know where you live but here are some ideas.
1) ice skating rink or a roller skate rink place.
2) a big arcade place like dave and busters, or sometimes chuck e. cheese. im 15 and its fun to go with friends. lol
3) miniature golfing
4) glow-in-the-dark bowling (night time)
5) if you're just having the party at home buy some board games, those are always fun.
6) scavenger hunt.. let your parents make a list of items to find.. then you and you're friends could split up into teams and then go around the neighborhood asking for those items and the time limit is 1 hour. the team with the most items wins! lol
7) if your bday is close to halloween maybe a pumpkin patch with a scary maze or something.
8) lazer tag is fun too.

good luck! =) How about one of the indoor bounce places like Pump It Up or Jumping Jacks? They have night parties and PJ parties. The music is cool and everyone loves jumping - even girlie girls. Is there a "Dave and Busters" near where you live?

Lots of fun, and very competitive in price. Find a roller skating rink near you. You can rent roller skates or roller blades. They play music you pick out. You can bring in your own birthday cake. You can order pizza and pop their for your friends to eat. Also they have a game called Lazar tags. My daughter tells me the game is so much fun. They have the game at skating places. When their is a birthday party the DJ, will play games while the people skate and give away prizes. It is a lot of fun. My daughter had her birthday at one. and I have been to a friends party there when her daughter had the party I helped out because my daughter was invited. Then they shut the lights off and turn on strobe lights. Then they have people who have skated for a long time come out and perform in the middle of the rink. It is truely a blast.

This is what I did for my daughter. But she only had girls. There is this place in town. You book the place. The girls go in and get their hair styled. Like a prom hair style. then they get a make over and their nails down. Then you take them out to a nice restaurant. What made it fun for my daughter was that we had it be semi formal. So the girls wear nice dresses. They really felt special and it was very elegant. We took lots of pictures. We ordered sparkling cider and they drank from champagne glasses. It was a lot of fun. That year I went way out and spent a lot of money. I rented a limo. Each girl was picked up at her house in the limo. Then the girls were taken to the salon. Then we went out to eat. We went out of town, so the girls could have a longer ride in the limo. For the birthday girl being my daughter they fixed her hair and they had a fake crown or teara thing they put in her hair. Hmm if I were you I would just book a nice restaurant's hall and then meet up with your friends there.

If it's cool with your parents you might want to have a sleepover too, those are pretty cool. Bowling.

Hire a makeup artist and/or haircutter to style while eating pizza, etc. i know exactly how an 11-year-old thinks, and well, i get your problem. how about having a picnic party outdoors? find a spot with lotsa trees and bushes, you can have a treasure hunt, nature-hunting, birdwatching, and so on. this is my idea for a girl who love nature. (if u do)if you're a city-girl, try playing sports. how about renting a hall and having a disco? you can make lots of finger foods,a big bowl of punch(non alcoholic of course!)play your fave music, decorate the hall. you could make it fancy dress if you wanted
anyway have fun whatever you do! I am turning 11 in October too!! What i am doing is going to Dave And Busters. It has a huge Arcade. It also has a winners circle where you get the coolest prizes ever!!!
