Ideas on 21st bday celebration!?!?
I'm going to be turning 21 on Jan. 5 (long way away, I know... but I want to make reservations ahead of time to be safe). There will be probably 5 other people w/ me. I'm torn between these 2 ideas:
1.) Getting a hotel in downtown Indianapolis within walking distance of the bars and strip clubs.I figured we start out drinking at the hotel, hit up a few bars, possibly stop at a strip club.
2.) Getting a limo or party bus and have them drive us to the bars/ strip clubs. Probably drinking a little in the limo (I assume they allow this?)
What do you think would be the better choice? I'm thinking the limo, because it will obviously be cold in January. But if we are drinking, we will probably be warm enough to walk around town.
I'm also open to any other suggestions. I would love to hear how others have celebrated their 21st bdays! Also, anyone from the IN area with suggestions of good bars/clubs would be greatly appreciated!
Answers: Piere's is a good place in Indiana to celebrate a 21 birthday if you are going to be drinking. It's located in Fort Wayne. The largest night club in the Midwest (It is 5 clubs all under one roof). There are several cheap, nicer hotel 's close by, and they provide a shuttle service to the club and back. If you look it up on the net, http://www.itstheparty.com/ call and ask them the hotels nearby that shuttle you should be all set. If a non drinking activity is possible, I'd think of all the things I have been wanting to do and do one of them in celebration of my 21st. It's more memorable and alot less painful than a hangover or any stupidity that might come from the club scene.....
Happy Birthday and BE SAFE! idea number one is best. when my bro had his party he did #2 - but he also had like 20 people. I would do #1 since you have a small amount of people. Also, they do allow drinking in limo's - some of them even have personal mini bars! I'd go with the limo soley for safety reasons. If you're all going to be loaded your apt to get into accidents (hit by a car crossing the street, God forbid) and you'll also be a target for muggers. When I turned 21 we just had a house party and got REALLY loaded, that was alot of fun. I think it was, I don't really remember it,LOL!!!!!!!!!! Times have changed and the world just isn't as safe as it was 20 years ago. I think that if you're going to be out drinking, it's alot safer to have a sober driver to make sure that you're all O.K. Whatever you decide to do I hope that you have a wonderful birthday that you'll never remember,LOL!!!!!!!! just have fun don't drink too much,never leave your drink unattended because you never know someone could spike your drink ,have a designated driver ,be safe always stay with friends don't go off alone or with someone you don't know very good ,aND let someone know your plans for safety.again be careful have fun so you can see your 22nd b-day.
