http://www.gourmet-food-revolution.com/t... My BF and the men in my family hunt upland game birds (chucker, quail, dove) so we prepare the birds that my family has hunted in different methods, i.e. bacon wrapped BBQ'd quail; stuffed, baked chucker, etc.

And all of the following are strictly homemade with fresh ingredients:

Stuffing
mashed potatoes and gravy
cranberry sauce
steamed green beans tossed w/ feta, olive oil, salt & pepper
green salad
candied yams
broccoli w/ cheese sauce
stuffed peppers (mushroom risotto & cheese)
pumpkin pie
apple pie
