Do you have a good egg bake recipe?
Answers: Take 12 eggs, whisk with a fork, add a splash of cream and 1/4 cup each of chopped green peepers, onions and chopped cooked spinach, also add a tsp of fresh garlic and some salt and pepper to taste, then stir in 1/2 cup shredded cheddar.
Preheat the oven to 350 and spoon into greased muffin tins 1/3 the way full or so. Bake for 20 min.
Makes yummy egg mufins for breakfast on the go.
You can also add 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon or ham or sausage if you wish. my mom use to make on in which she put slices of bread in the bottom of the pan. that is all i know.
