How much Sub fixin's to buy for 24 people?!

Question:

How much Sub fixin's to buy for 24 people?

I am planning a birthday party with about 24 people coming. I want to do Make Your Own Subs. I don't know how much of each type of meats & cheeses to buy. Help.
I'm thinking Honey Ham, Smoked Turkey, Roast Beef & maybe another Ham, such as smoked -- Do you think 2 pounds of each would be good? Or 3# of 2 kinds & 2# of another, etc?
Also for cheese, I'm thinking Cheddar, Swiss, Colby Jack & Provolone. Should I get 1-1/2# of the cheddar & the Swiss & 1/2# of the others?
What are the popular meats & cheeses? And how much to get?
What fixin's should I get? iceburg lettuce, tomato, red onion, etc?
Need a good Olive Oil & Vinegarette Dressing or some other good sub dressing, too.
Thanks!!

Answers: Rule of thumb is 4 oz of meat and cheese per person add lettuce shifonade style (shaved thin) tomatoes onion if desired I'd lay it out with the meat and cheese already on the sub buns and have the fixin's etc lettuce onion tomatoe hot peppers etc on the side and let em choose what they want from the sides it makes for a good fun time to have an ingredient buffet and also they get what they want and not what they don't like on the sub... oil vinegar water salt pepper (garklic0 optional for dressing or good old kraft italien dressing plus mayo for the finisher
T.J. You might want to ask your local deli or grocery a store with a deli in it. they can help you. I would do 2 lb of each: honey ham, smoked turkey, and hard salami. then provolone and swiss cheese on top along with lettuce and tomato. i would not do a sub dressing if i were you
