and a telescope to view the starry night sky and of course, music. Corn is out of season and I can't find any around. Any additional menu ideas? Also, can you think of any additional entertainment I can provide. Simple things that can be enjoyed by adults and kids alike.

On the ocean, lobster's are not priced like they are in your supermarkets. You don't have to be Donad Trump to enjoy them. Boy Dworld, you have it covered. I like the idea of the spun galaxies but have know idea how to make. Can you please elaborate?

I like the idea of the spun galaxies but have know idea how to make. Can you please elaborate? I'd find many different in-season veggies; onions, spring onions; eschelon shallots; sweet red/orange and or yellow peppers; courgettes (zucchini); aubergine (eggplant) etc. and grill all that you find - drizzled with good olive oil, sea salt, thyme, etc.

Cold platters most likely the best choice; already peeled shrimp and/or crab legs with horseradish-based cocktail sauce, fresh lemon for squeezing over would be yummy. Thick square glass candle-holders with pre-packaged hand wipes would be deeply appreciated I'm sure.

You can roast small cherry or grape tomatoes ON THE VINE (important to giving fantastic flavour) separate - plating mixed salad greens on large platters ringed with the roasted tomatoes.

Fruit platters; spears of pineapple/mango/kiwi/grapes, slices of star fruit, etc. Spun sugar "galaxies". Profiteroles (mini cream-puffs) suns with creamy-sharp lemon curd filling and bright icing crowding for attention amongst full moon chocolate filled and iced puffs.

Have fun! Since your having a bonfire you could have smores for the bonfire and since your having such great food make the smores great buy having chocolate, white chocolate, dark chocolate. Some yard games for everyone (bean bag toss, etc).
Smores for around the bonfire.
Music

Enjoy. Sounds like it is going to be a nice party. Big salads, French bread, fresh fruit. Are you Donald Trump? lobster for 45 people? Hijole!
