Does the night club assigned waiter/waitress mixes your bottled service drinks?!

Question:

Does the night club assigned waiter/waitress mixes your bottled service drinks?

When you reserve for bottle service at any night clubs, does your assigned waiter/waitress mixes the drinks requested with the bottled service at the table or the guest mixes it themselves with the provided mixtures?

Answers: UNLESS you pay the premium for "Call" liquor, chances are you'll get a bartender who will serve "house" brands of liquor.

In other words: If you invited me to your party and I asked the bartender or server for "Crown Royal on the rocks", the bartender or server might tell me, "I'm sorry, sir, no Crown, but we do have CC [Canadian Club] or the House brand."

THE solution: A cash bar. OR Run a tab with ALL the liquors, cordials, wines, beer and aperitifs usually served by that establishment and pay the tab at the end of the party.

This could be quite costly! Especially when the guests are told, "Whatever you want is on the host." OR "There's an open bar."

When folks are informed its a cash bar, some folks may not think so highly of the folks throwing the party.

In any event, when you send the invitations or make the telephone calls, you should indicate a "cash bar". Doing it this way, takes "the bite" or "the edge" off you and the establishment AND your guests are prepared to bring enough money to pay for their own adult beverages.

"THE University of Hard Knocks" presume it depends on the club, if your calling them for that type of service ask what level of service they provide, as in mixed at the table or mixed at the bar and delivered to the table.
