Cadbury's Roses?!

Question:

Cadbury's Roses?

Why does it seem that there are more toffee ones in a tin then any other variety, its always the toffees one left in our house, there seems to be loads of them. Does this happen to others?

Answers: Never thought of that, although hubby likes toffees, they are the least liked, the coffee creams and the orange creams are the best, but there aren't many of them... my favourite is the above mentioned creams although the nougat is very nice, too.. Yeah it happens at my house and no one else likes them so in the end like at least half of all the sweet are toffee and they get chucked...

O well... The rest are nice =] Lol I know I think it's cos you eat the good ones quickly and so it seems like there is more, though I am pretty certain there are more crap ones too lol I know what you mean! Yeah there does always seem to be more toffee but there are two types. They are never left in my house though because everyone likes them. i wonder where all my toffees went i get all the strawberry creams. Hi no not with me around, as I love the toffee ones so there always the first to go, in out house there is always soft centre ones that are left. hi, i usually leave the toffee ones behind because they are hard and melts really slow compared to the softer chocolate ones that taste a lot better IMHO....

yup... same in my home... others first... toffee last.

Cheers. next time get the tin with the most chocolates in it .lol Through popular demand, I reckon. They always get snaffled first in my house! There are the toffee pennies (not so nice and my dentist will agree too), the toffee finger (yummmm!) and their caramel cousins: paradise!!
Coffee creams are the pariahs in my house, closely followed by orange creams.
I'm feeling hungry now. I wish I hadn't seen this question!! Mmmmm, chocolate. It depends on who gets there first. i love the toffee ones so thats why i buy them for the wife. Most people don't like the toffees, I know I don't! So you'll think there is more of them anyway, just because you don't want them. Then when you've eaten the rest, there really are more toffees :P Oh, Cadbury Roses!

I live in the US and we can't get those here. I am lucky that my mom-in-law travels to Ireland yearly and always brings us back some. But, yes, I do know what you mean about the extra toffee ones

Boy, I wish I had some now. It does not happen here.... I am addicted to toffee, so ususally, they do not end up in the box, but stuck in my teeth! Yes it happens in my house too! The best ones always get eaten first, and the toffee ones are always left! I'm always the one that ends up eating them because no-one else wants them! yes with us its the orange ones and then the toffees that are left so i keep them untill someone is desperate for chocolate usually me and them they get eaten. Does with me as well and not just Roses either. Quality Street is the same orange creams are my favourite but there never seem to be as many as toffee or coffee ones! Or maybe I am just greedy (ha ha ) No answers necessary!!!! cadbury`s know i LOVE TOFFEE
and they are my favourites
so like to make sure i get plenty

that`s what i call being looked after No my complaint is that there are never enough toffees. Seems a chance for a bit of bartering. no all the fruity soft centres are left in our house In our house, all the toffees go first, then we're always left with the really sweet orange soft centers!!
