Well I would have a hauted house, and play Ghost In The Graveyard. I would vote on who has the best costume. Have a pinyata, play hide n' seek and boo peple! You can ding dong ditch and leave candy at there door or just ding dong ditch!

Get a group of your friends and do like a girls night out. Get makeovers and then have a sleepover at your house. Stay up all night, play truth or dare, pillow fights and anything else you can think of. If you don't have enough money to do a professional makeover or whatever get all your friends to bring their makeup and then give people a silly looks with make up. Be sure to take loads of pics so you will remember it.

have it at like some place(not really sure) but a special place. outdoor sports would be fine....trying to play in costumes. maybe a guses who is who game? thats how i do it. and how bout go trick or treating in a big group...that would be AWESOME
