pimps and hoes- dress as, well, pimps and hoes. lol

office hoes and CEO's- sexy office wear for girls (high heels, mini skirts, fish nets, etc) and shirts/ties for the guys

ABC- Anything But Clothes- you have to make your outfit out of anything BUT clothes. this gets fun because you can get creative. common items used are trashbags, duct tape, caution tape, cardboard boxes, etc

lingerie- girls wear lingerie/underwear and boys wear underwear

bathing suits

i'll come back if i think of more lol
Try a beach/luau theme.
Sure, it's a common one...
But it is a good one.
Pimps and Hoes? Black and White?
try a 70's/ disco party theme or Halloween theme
Toga party?
You can throw sexy or slutty in front any idea and it suddenly becomes a funny "Sexy" or raunchy party.

If it is people from work and you work in an office the Office hoes and CEO's is a good idea, but maybe a little too obvious.

Try the hospital theme.

Or my favorite the for Dirty minded who like to drink... a night filled with double en tantra and sexual innuendos. During the night all the drinks served are named after something you do behind closed doors i.e. a B.J. float Kahlua on top of Bailey Irish cream and top with whipped cream and don't use your hands to take the shot. Sex on the Beach: OJ, Vodka, Rum, Splash of pineapple, and squirt of grenadine. Then have guests come as a themed name, say for a guy carrying a plank of wood, name is "has wood" or a tripod <-- self explainatory. a girl w/ country crock bucket is "easy spread"

you could have alot of fun with this so long as they are open minded and you fill comfortable with it.

This was a very fun Party last year I through for my boss and we all got along.
