Food & Theme Ideas for Sweet 16 Party?!

Answers: I need some food ideas for a Sweet 16 Party.. possibly 100 people? Kinda simple and not looking to spend alot of money

Wow... for 100 people..simple food...small budget..ok here's what I got-
Trays of food- buffet style.
Pasta dishes-- roasts with carving stations- veggies (grilled would be perfect)
You can tie in an around the world type theme and adjust your recipes to fit.
Italy- pasta choices with diff sauces and of course garlic bread!!
Greece- with your grilled veggies like eggplant and tomatoes and large beef or turkey roast (lamb would be expensive) but they could make like their own gyro or fallafal or greek salad- add in your cucumber yougurt sauce and shredded lett, onions, feta, pita bread etc
China- rice with toppers like steamed veggies- egg foo yung ( which is practically sm egg omelet with gravy!), chicken & broccoli (beef would be higher priced) and don't forget the fortune cookies or wontons with dipping sauce
Just pick the countries of your liking and some of the lesser priced meal items that can be made to serve large crowds. I would do at least 3 areas to use as party's theme.
Drink can be one signature party drink...you can mix a potion up on your own and name it after YOU since it's your party!!!
This way you don't have to stock a whole alcohol or juice bar
Use your deocrations at the stations and assortments on the tables as well.
Try to do as much in advance so you have time to have fun and enjoy your party!

I've always been a fan of celestial themes. Easy to find favors in the shape of moons & stars. You can find little celestial tea-candle holders at the dollar store. It's easy to find balloons and other items in those shapes. Dark blue table cloths....silvery-star-shaped confetti....it would be very pretty.
since it the middle of winter why not have a summer theme. For food have a BBQ and play summer games.
