Chocolate scented: candles, perfume (as a gift maybe)
Chocolate foods: martini's, Kahlua, Bailey's milk shakes, milk (hot & cold), bark with nuts, dipped fruit/candies/treats, choc. chip cookies, chocolate pizza, coffee/cappacinno, choc. dipped spoons for coffee, pretzels, marshmallows, raspberries, cherries, red apple slices, red plums, pomegrante, red licorice/candies, almonds, cranberries, etc.
Serve finger foods and bite-sized desserts, such as biscotti, lady fingers or mini-muffins, chocolate mousse, pudding, cupcakes, cheesecake, chocolate chip cookies, ice cream with fudge/choc. topping. Make a choc. cake with red "blood" icing oozing down it.

Decorations: low lighting with brown table clothes, curtains, etc... Amber lights glowing, candles lit everywhere (you can get the fake flame ones). Have low music in the background. Hints of red in streamers, napkins, balloons, serve red wine, cranberry juice (freeze them into latex gloves for bloody hands.)
If it's all girls have chocolate facials. Give away choc. bath salts/scrubs as favours (EASY! to make).
You could even have a murder mystery game. Watch the movie "Chocolat" (romantic chick flick) or Willy Wonka choc. Factory.
And if you feel comfortable enough you can give away "sexy" choc. party favours. (The boyfriends/husbands would love that!!) =)
Hope that helps. I have LOTS of recipes and more ideas if you need anything! *wink*

* Be sure to have plenty of cold bottled water and milk on hand*

I saw at a specialty chocolate shop where they had weapons (guns, swords, etc.) made out of chocolate... that would be perfect for "Death by Chocolate!"

Dress Code:

Suggest a dress code that require guests to wear Chocolate or Chocolate Tones
If you want a main course or something that's not deserty, try a mole' dish (like chicken mole). It's got chocolate, but isn't sooo sweet.

Also, I'd suggest doing something (in addition to the traditional dark, milk chocolate and sweet chocolate) a little different. Here's my secret for brownies:

Bag or box of brownie mix. Follow mixing directions (usually, 1 egg and some water/oil). Before putting in pan add the following to taste (or smell if you're scared of raw egg): cinnamon, chili powder. Bake as usual.

I put in about two table spoons of cinnamon and a teaspoon of chili powder. Most people can taste the cinnamon and just the barest hint of "something else." This gives it a bit of spice and keeps your taste buds from getting chocolate overload. Also, it seems a little exotic without being anything difficult!
Just make sure you have alot of cold milk on hand =)
Don't forget the choco ice cream and hot fudge sauce to go with the cake!

Chocolate shakes (with creme de cacao) would be a nice touch, depending on the age of your guests.

Chocolate-dipped rice krispy treats would provide a nice alternative to all that soft, gooey stuff.
Have people to bring a little chocolate themselves; specialty shops just one bar or something to contribute. See how many exotic chocolate bars you can collect.
Ask your guests to make and bring their chocolate speciality. I have an amazing chocolate tart recipe from one of Jamie Olivers cook books, I rarely get to make it because it's so rich and naughty . I'd relish the opportunity to dust the recipe off and give it another shot for an occasion like a Death by Chocolate party :)
