You should be able to rent a machine at most big pary stores.
You can also make a cheap version of a machine. You would prob. need more than one though.

Use those little playdoh foam things for the guests to play with. Sit in Foamy chairs. Eat foam. scratch that...Drink some bubbly cider and some cotton candy. I don't know why, but it sounds fun.
